NEUES TIERSCHUTZGESETZ IN KATALONIEN - es wird nicht mehr eingeschläfert!
Bereits seit längerem wird in Katalonien daran gearbeitet, das Tierschutzgesetz auszuweiten und zu verbessern. Das Ganze fing an, als es obligatorisch wurde, seinem Hund einen Chip setzen zu lassen, es folgten weitere wichtige Schritte wie die Strafbarkeit des Aussetzens eines Tieres mit Sanktionen bis zu 10000 Euro, und am 01.01.07 wurde schliesslich ein Gesetz verabschiedet, das es verbietet, ein Tier ohne vernünftigen Grund (schwere Krankheit, Aggressiveness to sleep).
