Also: Es gibt viele Neuigkeiten, gute und schlechte... Ich fang einfach mal an:

DANIA
Wurde diese Woche an der Hüfte operiert und erholt sich gut. Wir haben sie jetzt in einem der grossen Zwinger in der Scheune, und dort ist der Zwingerkoller auch nicht so schlimm. Es ist trotzdem immer noch super-dringend, dass Dania schnellstmöglich aus dem Tierheim rauskommt, da in den nächsten Tagen noch mehr Hunde kommen werden und dann in der Scheune der gleiche Stress ist und sie wieder im Kreis laufen wird!

NEUES TIERSCHUTZGESETZ IN KATALONIEN - es wird nicht mehr eingeschläfert!
Bereits seit längerem wird in Katalonien daran gearbeitet, das Tierschutzgesetz auszuweiten und zu verbessern. Das Ganze fing an, als es obligatorisch wurde, seinem Hund einen Chip setzen zu lassen, es folgten weitere wichtige Schritte wie die Strafbarkeit des Aussetzens eines Tieres mit Sanktionen bis zu 10000 Euro, und am 01.01.07 wurde schliesslich ein Gesetz verabschiedet, das es verbietet, ein Tier ohne vernünftigen Grund (schwere Krankheit, Aggressiveness to sleep). The whole thing sounds at first glance, everything is wonderful, but : What about the implementation? There are still far from a chip all dogs, most dogs that have not come to the shelter identified. Cast in Berga is currently with 35 dogs at the edge while the actual capacity to cope with yet. However, it is still over a month out from the nearest transport, which can be quickly more ... The last shipment was last week and times gone really well. All had previously the total panic: Smooth roads, accidents, very very many animals this time, and to make matters worse, no one who could drive the Breisgau-track with me. My parents had loved me most tied to the bed, so I do not drive, but without success, for then had the almost 50 animals in Freiburg rumgestanden pretty stupid. Keep your eyes peeled to the core. And it worked out something from! ALL surrenders super-smooth, very great people, all the time, all very nice, and all animals behaved great and are good at home arrived. The route to Osnabrück to Steffi and Silke was just the mega-fun and all but a small highway-blocking, which we rounded sent thanks to GPS, this section also worked like clockwork and I think we can be pretty proud of us :-)
